Getting started

Do I need to install anything?

No. Fare360 runs in the browser, on computers and phones. Your visitors don’t install anything either.

How long does a first tour take?

About ten minutes for a place with a few spaces: add the photos, link the spaces, publish.

Creating tours

What photos do I need?

One 360° photo per space, in panoramic format (2 to 1). Any consumer 360° camera works. An ordinary photo goes into the gallery.

Is it only for real estate?

No: from guesthouses to boats, snack bars to party venues, clubs to dive sites (see “Who is it for?”). The suggested space names adapt to the place.

Can I edit a tour after publishing it?

Yes. Changes are saved automatically and the link doesn’t change.

Pages and customisation

Can the link to my page or tours change?

No. The link to a page or a tour never changes, even if you rename it: links you have already shared keep working.

Can I use my own colours?

Yes, with PRO and TEAM. Fare360 checks that text stays readable on the colour you choose.

Can I have a page without a 360° tour?

Yes. With no tour online, your page shows as a business card: introduction, location and spoken languages, contact buttons, “Add to my contacts”, links and social networks, with no empty block. Your tours appear on it as soon as you publish one. You can also keep the page as a business card even with tours (“Réglages” (settings) › “Afficher les visites sur la page”: show the tours on the page).

My account

How do I sign in?

With your email address: Fare360 sends you a code to type, with no password to remember. You can also link a Google account in “Mon compte › Paramètres du compte” to sign in with one click.

Can I change my account’s email address?

Yes, in “Paramètres du compte”: a link is sent to both the old and the new address, and the change happens once both are opened. Your tours, pages and settings don’t change.

I no longer have access to my email address. What should I do?

On the sign-in page, tap “Récupérer mon compte”: support replies within 1 working day. A backup address, already verified, quickly proves it’s you. Add one now in “Paramètres du compte”.

Can I receive fewer emails?

Yes. In “Paramètres du compte”, “E-mails que vous recevez”: turn off new requests, reminders and tips, or news. Each of these emails also has a link to stop receiving them. Emails that protect your account (sign-in, invitations, end of plan, support) are always sent.

How do I get my data?

“Paramètres du compte › Télécharger mes données”: a file with your account, pages, tours and requests. Also keep your original photos on your side.

How do I delete my account?

At the bottom of “Paramètres du compte”. Your tours and pages go offline immediately and are erased 30 days later; until then, just sign in again to cancel everything.

Pricing and subscription

Do prices include tax?

Yes: all prices shown include all taxes (13 % VAT included), in CFP francs.

How does the yearly plan work?

You pay 10 months for 12: two months are free. The price is paid in advance for the year.

Does a draft page count towards my plan?

No. Only pages online count: you can prepare a page in advance and put it online when a slot is free.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes. The monthly plan stops at the end of the paid month; the yearly plan, paid in advance, stays active until the end of the twelve months (no pro-rata refund). Nothing is erased.

What happens to my tours if I change plan?

Nothing is erased. If the new plan allows fewer (3 on Free), you choose which stay online, with 14 days to do it; the others go offline and come back with one click if you upgrade again.

Data and security

Who owns my photos?

You do. Your photos and content remain yours: Fare360 never uses them anywhere but in your tours, doesn’t sell them and doesn’t show them without you. Keep your original photos (the ones from your camera): they are what matters.

Is a draft visible?

No. Only published tours are visible, and a “link only” tour doesn’t appear in any list.

Compatibility

My camera produces .insp, .insv, .dng or .360 files: are they accepted?

Not directly: these are raw files, not yet 360° photos. Open them in your camera’s app and export the photo as JPG, then add that JPG to the tour. Fare360 reminds you if you add one by mistake.

Which cameras are compatible?

Any 360° camera that takes photos and saves them as JPG in panoramic format (twice as wide as it is high): that is what the camera’s app gives you on export.

Which browsers?

Recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox, on computers, tablets and phones.

Moving from another tool

I already use another virtual tour tool. Can I bring my tours over?

Yes, from your original 360° photos (the JPG files taken by the camera): you add them to a new tour, then link the spaces, in about ten minutes per place. Arrows, points and settings from another tool don’t transfer automatically. The help centre explains how, step by step.

I no longer have the original photos. What can I do?

Ask the tool or the photographer who took them: most let you download the 360° photos as JPG. Otherwise, you will need to reshoot: allow a few minutes per space with a 360° camera.

Will my old links still work?

Links from the other tool depend on it: replace them with your Fare360 links in your listings, website and social media. After that, a Fare360 link never changes, even if you rename the tour.
