Step by step
Your Fare360 account is in French for now: each article gives screen and button names in French, exactly as they appear, with a translation in brackets.
- Create your first tourTen minutes for a place with four spaces: photos, links, publish. · 4 min
- Link the spacesAn arrow on each door: visitors move from one space to the next. · 3 min
- Add an information pointHighlight a view, a piece of equipment, a material. · 3 min
- Publish and share on WhatsAppA link, a QR code, or the client message ready to send. · 2 min
- Embed a tour on your websiteThe tour appears in a page of your website, with full screen. · 2 min
- Create pages for your clientsPhotographer, consultant, service provider: a page in each client’s colours, with their tours and their contact details. You manage it, then you can hand it over. · 3 min
- Hand a page over to your clientYou created a client’s page and tours: they receive them in their own Fare360 account, with every link intact. · 3 min
- Show your workPhotographer, service provider, consultant: on your page, a “Réalisations” section (our work) shows the pages you created for your clients, even after handing them over. · 2 min
- Invite your teamWith the TEAM plan, up to 5 people create tours together: each has their own page and tours, brought together on the team page. · 3 min
- Files from your 360° camera: export to JPGA 360° camera first records raw files (.insp, .insv, .dng, .360…). Fare360 needs the stitched 360° photo, as a JPG. · 2 min
- Choose how your tour looksThree ready-made looks: you pick a card, Fare360 sets the rest. Colours and logo always come from your page. · 2 min
- Find out what interests your visitorsFor each tour: views day by day, time spent, the most viewed spaces and contacts made. Without ever identifying the visitor. · 2 min
- Automatic guided tour, screen in a shop windowThe tour moves on its own from space to space: to present a place without touching the screen, or to loop on a screen in a shop window. · 2 min
- Add your colours and logoEach page has its own colours, logo and contact details: your page, and each of your clients’ pages. · 3 min
- Show a before / afterA renovation, a fit-out, a redecoration: in the same space, the visitor drags a slider between before and after. · 3 min
- Add an audio commentary to a spaceYour voice in the tour: the visitor taps “Écouter le commentaire” (listen to the commentary) and hears you present the space, as on a real visit. · 2 min
- Blur a face or a number plateSomeone who walked into the shot, a number plate, a paper on the table: blur them directly in the 360° photo. · 2 min
- Straighten a photo taken at an angleLeaning walls, a tilted horizon: put the 360° photo straight in a few seconds, and the arrows follow. · 2 min
- Show your products and their pricesIn a shop, a showroom or a restaurant: an information point on each key product, with its photo and its price. · 3 min
- Take photos by the rulesThe place, the people, the drone: the permissions to have before putting a tour online. Fare360 hosts your tours; you are the one who guarantees these permissions. · 3 min
- Create and set up your pageYour page shows your contact details, your buttons and all your tours online. It is created with your account: all that’s left is to fill it in. · 4 min
- Set up your accountYour address, how you sign in, the emails you receive, your data: it’s all in “Mon compte” (my account). · 3 min
- Your page as a business cardNo 360° tour yet? Your page is already a professional business card, to share and to print. Tours are added whenever you like. · 2 min
- Share with a codeA tour or a page that only a few people should see: they need the link AND the code. PRO and TEAM plans. · 2 min
Tips from the field
Great 360° photosA good photo is half the tour.
- Camera on a stand, at chest height (1.40 m to 1.60 m), in the middle of the space
- All lights on, curtains open, doors open
- Leave the space while the photo is taken (timer or app)
- No mirror facing the camera; tidy away what’s lying around
A tour that makes people want to comeVisitors decide in a few seconds.
- Start with the most beautiful space or view (“Photos” step: “Commencer ici”, start here)
- 6 to 10 spaces are often enough: better few and beautiful (the Free plan allows 10)
- 2 or 3 information points that matter (view, equipment, renovation)
- Check every way back marked “à placer” (to place) before publishing
Get found on GoogleA well-described tour ranks higher in searches.
- A title that says what and where: “Reception hall for 120 guests in [town]”, “4-bedroom house with garden in [area]”
- A description of 120 to 155 characters
- The location filled in and 3 keywords
- A public tour (not “link only”)
Bring in customers with your toursThe tour works before you do.
- Send the tour before the in-person visit: only the truly interested make the trip
- Attach it to every listing and every quote
- Follow up with the space people liked most
- Look at the week’s views to know when to follow up

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Fare360 runs in the browser, on computers and phones. Your visitors don’t install anything either.
What photos do I need?
One 360° photo per space, in panoramic format (2 to 1). Any consumer 360° camera works. An ordinary photo goes into the gallery.
How do I go from one space to another?
Drag the space onto the door that leads to it (on a phone: tap the space, then “Poser ici”). The way back is created automatically; you check it with one click.
