Invite your team

With the TEAM plan, up to 5 people create tours together: each has their own page and tours, brought together on the team page.

Your Fare360 account is in French for now: screen and button names are given in French, exactly as they appear, with a translation in brackets.

  1. In the menu, open “Mon équipe” (my team).
  2. Under “Inviter un membre” (invite a member), type the person’s email address, then “Créer l’invitation” (create the invitation).
  3. The person receives the invitation by email. You can also send them the link yourself (“Copier le lien”: copy the link, “Envoyer par WhatsApp”): it works for 14 days.
  4. The person opens the link, signs in with that address, chooses their name and their page’s address, then accepts the terms. They have nothing to pay: the team holds the subscription.
  5. They appear in “Mon équipe”. Invitations not yet accepted are in “Invitations en attente” (pending invitations), where you can cancel them.

Only the account owner invites or removes people. A removed member loses access; their page and tours stay with the team and keep working online. Beyond 5 people: extra members, as an option.
