Files from your 360° camera: export to JPG

A 360° camera first records raw files (.insp, .insv, .dng, .360…). Fare360 needs the stitched 360° photo, as a JPG.

Your Fare360 account is in French for now: screen and button names are given in French, exactly as they appear, with a translation in brackets.

  1. Open your camera’s app, on your phone or computer.
  2. Choose the photo, then “Export” (or “Save”, “Share”). Choose a 360° photo (panorama), as a JPG, in the best quality offered.
  3. The exported photo is rectangular, twice as wide as it is tall: that’s the right format.
  4. In Fare360, add this JPG in the “Photos” step. If you add a raw file by mistake, Fare360 tells you instead of sending it.

360 video (.insv, .360): Fare360 uses photos. Export a still image from the video in the camera’s app, or take a photo again.
