Hand a page over to your client

You created a client’s page and tours: they receive them in their own Fare360 account, with every link intact.

Your Fare360 account is in French for now: screen and button names are given in French, exactly as they appear, with a translation in brackets.

  1. In “Mes pages” (my pages), open the client’s page, “Réglages” tab (settings).
  2. Under “Transférer la page à son propriétaire” (hand the page to its owner), type your client’s email address, then “Créer le lien de transfert” (create the transfer link) and confirm.
  3. Your client receives the link by email. You can also send it yourself (“Copier le lien”: copy the link, “Envoyer par WhatsApp”): it is shown only once and works for 14 days.
  4. Your client opens the link, signs in with that address (a code arrives by email) and accepts. If they don’t have an account, one is created, with a 30-day PRO trial.
  5. The page, its tours and its requests move to their account. Links already shared (listings, QR codes) keep working. You no longer have access.

Until your client accepts, “Annuler ce transfert” (cancel this transfer) makes the link unusable. PRO and TEAM plans only; your account’s main page can’t be handed over.
